One

A cascade tumbling down,

Watery sparks of light,

Dancing in the air,

Alive,

Vibrant.

Into a deep, deep pool

It roars,

Churning,

Rippling,

Then merging with the calm.

The pool tranquil now,

Expanding out,

It laps the edges,

Inviting you to its depths,

To peaceful filled coolness.

You enter,

You float,

Sky above,

Earth below,

All becomes one.
